Review: Bryan was very responsive and professional. We needed to hire a reputable “licensed roofing contractor” that has been in the business for many years and has actually done the job hands on (not someone that helps do installation or a laborer) but THE LICENSED ROOFING CONTRACTOR themself to “inspect” a roof on a house we were under contract to purchase. This was the one big thing that had us a bit concerned as it was done by the owner and not a licensed roofing contractor. He was kind enough to squeeze us into his schedule as we were in a crunch with the inspection timeline. We knew Bryan could not possibly see everything as the job was already completed and his company could not warranty any of the previous work nor be held liable for any possible future issues. His professional opinion was to help let us know if anything he could see should be corrected or repaired by a “licensed roofing contractor”. Having Bryan personally inspect with his professional background and knowledge of the job was to help our decision making or put our mind at ease with such a big purchase. It may take him a while to respond to you right now, but he's literally run off his feet with all of the roofs that need replacing in our area, but he will get back to you with all the information you need at crazy hours of the day. Very happy to have worked with him, and his crew that came to replace our roof we're great guys.
